America's Best New Under-the-Radar Brewing Destinations | Imbibe Magazine

My editors at Imbibe gave me a simple directive: Find the best new beer cities in America. While San Diego, Seattle, Portland and Chicago are all stupendous destinations, I wanted to uncover the next generation of great American beer destinations. Over a couple years of travel I kept close notes on cities and regions such as Richmond, Virginia, Charleston, South Carolina, and New York State’s Hudson Valley. Imbibe published my findings as the cover story of the September / October 2017 issue.
