Can't make it to Munich for Oktoberfest? I’ve got you. On Sunday, September 27, from 12pm–5pm, Dayton-area grilling expert and author Mike Lang will bring his grills to Seventh Son Brewing to fire up bratwurst with beer onions, double-decker smash burgers with beer cheese, and griddled Käsespätzle — basically, veggie-friendly German mac and cheese — to pair with Seventh Son's crispy fall lagers, cocktails, and other drinks. (North Market Butchery is supplying the house-made bratwurst and custom-ground chuck.)

Proceeds from food sales will benefit the Dominion Middle School PTSO, a dedicated group of parents, teachers, and community members working together to enhance the educational experience for all students at the Columbus public school. P.S. Everyone is welcome to crush burgers, bratwurst and beer!
