Chatoe Rogue Dirtoir Lager - Beer of the Week

If I were feeling a touch this saucier this eyeball-sagging morning, I'd say something totally crass and barely witty about this beer, such as, "Once you go black, you never go back." But I won't. Wait. I just did. I lose again.

Anyway, this week's brew is Rogue's Chatoe Dirtoir Lager. It's a schwarzbier (aka, a black lager) made with the brewery's own barely, hops, yeast and more. It's some real DIY deliciousness. And while the roasty brew may pour the color of Darth Vader, it remains surprisingly light and nimble. Refreshing, even. Curious? Read my full review at Slashfood!
