Coedo Beniaka - Beer of the Week

Mmm...beer. Standing like li'l soldiers.

It's a new week, and I'll give you a new reason to drink beer. Huzzah! This time around, we turn our attention to Japan, where there's been a raft of new breweries popping up. Chief among them is Coedo, which crafts tasty stouts, crisp pilseners and gems like Beniaka, made with sweet potatoes. It's as novel as it is delicious. Curious? Drink it up!
