Cucapá's Chupacabras Pale Ale - Beer of the Week

Beer! Powerful beer!

Lookie here! Another week has passed us by. That means we're a little bit older and, hopefully, a little bit drunker. This week, we turn our glassy eyes to Mexico, where Cucapá is rewriting the rules for beer south of the border. Corona? That's skunked crap. (Seriously, the clear bottles let in sunlight, making the beer oxidize and go bad.) Instead, Cucapá (based in Baja) is crafting microbreweries worthy of anything on the West Coast. My favorite is the caramel-hinted Chupacabras, a pale ale with a slight hop punch. Curious? Thirsty? Drink it up!
