Congrats on Brewed Awakening! Earlier this week Heather brought your book home from the library, thinking I would enjoy it–it was on the library’s New Books stand. As I glanced over it, I noticed the author–Joshua Bernstein, a familiar name from high school. Nicely done. Sounds like you’ve had great success in NYC! I’ve been living in Seattle for 7 years now and home brewing for 2 in my 750 sq ft condo, ambitiously experimenting until I create THE ONE. Thanks for the recommendations in the book; I’ll be sure to give some a try. Cheers.
