I love love looooove Bell's Beer Oberon in the summer time. I drive 2 hours to Virginia to buy it because they don't sell it in Maryland. In fact, Bell's Beer of Kalamazoo, MI has many great beers, you should try some!

Also, is it OK to say beers? I do not think it is, it's just beer whether it's one or many. Do you say, "look at the deers in the field"? Didn't think so...

As an Irishman, I used to live in fear of how the world viewed us, particularly on St. Patrick's Day. Having traveled a bit, I now realise that it is all good fun in most parts of the world and great promotion for our little country.
Happy St. Patrick's Day,

I finally got around to reading last month's issue of Beer Advocate (shame on me, I know) and read the article on your NYC beer tours. What a nice surprise to see you are the one and the same former T-Bolt. I homebrew often with my brother-in-law who is also a cicerone and has taught me alot and continues to peak my interest in the world of beer. Congratulations on everything and I will be sure to order your book and of course book a homebrew tour on my next visit to NYC.

Thank you Josh - for your unending passion and commitment to beer and for sharing this knowledge! I'm heading home to Malaysia in a few days for the holidays and I've decided to take home a few bottles of fancy beer for my two brothers, rather than the usual, boring polo shirt or "leather" wallet and belt gift set.
With your guidance I'm sure I'll be taking home some incredible brews that will fill them with the holiday spirit!!
Gracias - Regards to the Mrs!

Josh,

Congrats on Brewed Awakening! Earlier this week Heather brought your book home from the library, thinking I would enjoy it--it was on the library's New Books stand. As I glanced over it, I noticed the author--Joshua Bernstein, a familiar name from high school. Nicely done. Sounds like you've had great success in NYC! I've been living in Seattle for 7 years now and home brewing for 2 in my 750 sq ft condo, ambitiously experimenting until I create THE ONE. Thanks for the recommendations in the book; I'll be sure to give some a try. Cheers.
