Beer of the Beer: Full Sail’s Bump in the Night

Well, little doggies, I’ve been away for a bit, but that’s because I’ve been down in Mexico, drinking the blandest, wateriest beers on God’s green earth. No longer. Now that I’m back in the craft-beer saddle, I’ve turned my taste buds to Full Sail’s latest doozy, Bump in the Night. Their riff on the black IPA (or Cascadian dark ale, if that floats your boat) pours as dark as Darth Vader’s heart, but still retains a citrusy, fragrant buoyancy and a bit of chocolate.
